Assembly was easy, about 30 minutes. The work out is good, I am happy with the purchase. Definitely not a Health Club quality machine, but really good for in the home.

I received it quickly and on time. It took under an hour to put together, but the instructions were very poor. I wish I never read the instructions. As far as the rower, it is very stable, is constructed well, and is very good for the price. I am a mechanical engineer and believe it is constructed pretty good for the price. As far as the resistance, it is pretty good compared to other rowers I’ve used. Also, the chain can fall off if you are not carefull (just keep the handle in line with the machine or in its holder), but it looks like it is only hard to put back on the first time (it hasn’t fell off yet, it just wasn’t on when puting it together). Although it is still messy to put back on. I recommend this rower to anyone looking for a cheap rower, but still a good performance.
