Fitness Quest Integrity 3000 rower review – The Fitness Quest Integrity 3000 air rower is a low cost rowing machine that uses wind resistance just like the more expensive Concept2. Priced at around $200, the Integrity 3000 rowing machine offers full body workout and is a great addition to a home gym.
This machine is a relatively small, and weighs about 50lbs. It is sturdy, lightweight, and relatively stable, but unlike the Concept 2 Rower, is not designed for commercial use and can only support a user weighing a maximum of 250lbs.
Just like any indoor rower, you’ll be seated at all times during the exercise, so a comfortable seat is a benefit to any rowing machine. The seat pad on the Integrity 3000 rower is contoured and well padded, making it comfortable to row for long workouts.
The integrity 3000 rowing machine also folds up vertically for easily for storage, which is ideal for those who do not have a lot of room in their home gym.
