Customer Review: Don’t waste your money!
After being used regularly for two months, the rollers that allowed the seat to slide back-and-forth popped off, causing the seat to get disconnected. It was fixable, but six months later, the part that connected the piston with the rolling arm broke off. Also, the machine is noisy so don’t even bother.
Customer Review: Poor Quality Machine
This machine was relatively easy to put together. I started my workout and within 15 min the seat would not slide any longer. There are 4 hard rubber rollers that allow the seat to slide back and forth. The two rollers in the rear of the seat were damaged. One roller had cracks in the rubber and the other roller had peeled apart like treads coming off a tire.
I must also mention that the action of the rowing arms was a little too clumsy and noisy. The linkage between the rowing arm and the piston is not very well designed. It often “popped” in the back stroke motion which disrupts the rhythm of your workout.
Another drawback to this machine are the foot pedals. They are made of hard plastic. If you try working out without shoes the heels of your feet rub against that hard plastic and will cause some discomfort.
Since I only got to use the machine for 15 minutes before it broke down, I have to rate this as a 1. Do not waste your money on this machine.
